Pneumatic heat Press with fixed double station of 40x50cm for transfer

TS4050PP2E is Pneumatic Heat Press upgraded and pivoting, fixed double lower station, for transfer on textile and other flat supports with 40x50cm Format and maximal width of 3.8cm. The pneumatic operation system guaranties the easy use and homogeneous pressure on the support.

The two fixed lower double station are less bulky than the shuttle of double station, reduce the movement of the operator and less risk to move the logo before the transfer. Two axes on ball bearing make easy the lateral movement of upper heat platen. Once in position the descent of the upper platen can be done either by manual mode with two push buttons or automatically with end run captors.

The TS-4050PP2E is equipped with a stand in “U” which allows treating easily all kind of textiles on the lower plate (shirt with button ect…), and make easier the change of plates.

Options:
In addition to the stand in “U”, the kit of 4 lowers plates, ease the transfer on short and long sleeves, sport shorts, working clothes, luggage and umbrellas. Easy to interchange with a 2 way positioning (vertical and horizontal)

The table laser pointer is mobile and may be installed around the heat press.
Two perpendicular lines made by red light are spread on the lower plate. By, their angle, they indicate the exact place of marking.
