Sublimation wrap

for standard mugs - 3 available formats

The silicone wrap system is used when marking ceramic mugs either in the 3D oven or in mini 3D oven instead of using a mug heat press.

The pressure is exerted by the tension of the silicone sheet once fastened.
Ingenious, the closing system is implemented in a few seconds and withdraws with one click.

Available in 3 different sizes:
-The 23.5 x 11 cm format allows marking a standard mug on the whole height and circumference up to the handle.
-The 25 x 12.7 cm format is suitable for wider and higher cylindrical substrates such as the pencil jar or the small beer mug.
The 17/26 x 13 cm format is especially suitable for conical mugs.
With the 3D oven, imprint up to 6 mugs at once!

…and up to 4 mugs with the mini 3D oven!

1- Attach print to mug with high temperature tape
2- Wrap the mug
3- Place it in the 3D oven or mini 3D oven
This tension system for mug can also be used in a traditional oven.
