The plate mold has been specially designed for sublimation with mini 3D oven.
Made of soft silicone, it perfectly matches the shape of Ø 20 cm plate and allows keeping a good pressure during the vacuum.

Plate: a 100% imprinting!

With the 3D mini oven, this mold allows sublimation on the entire plate of Ø 20 cm.
Placed inside the tank, the mold is placed directly on the plate and the air hose plugs into the mini oven vacuum pump.

The plate remains a difficult product to imprint with a conventional heat transfer press; there are many losses due to pressure, temperature control, etc.
Unlike a conventional heat press, the 3D mini oven guarantees homogeneous pressure and heat that does not alter the plate. No more risk of damage!
